Membership Suspension/ pause/ on-hold

Terms and Conditions

  • Membership must be completed for six months before a suspension or hold can be applied. However, if there is a medical reason where you can show evidence that you are not fit for training, this can be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • After the first six months of membership, you may suspend your membership at any time up to a maximum of four weeks per year. You can request a suspension for at least one week and a maximum of four weeks by giving us at least 15 days written notice. There is a suspension fee of $6 per week. Suspended memberships will resume at the agreed date without further notification.
  • Membership suspension cannot include one-week term holidays or a three-week Christmas/New Year shutdown. Membership suspension cannot include public holidays or Eid Days (twice a year), as set by LBKI.
